NetSeed ("we," "our," or "us") is a product (service) that allows customers (individuals or organizations) to directly connect servers, computers, and mobile devices in a blockchain-based network, where each connection is encrypted.
NetSeed is committed to increasing transparency in information processing. We employ a decentralized blockchain account system to safeguard your privacy and security. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect data through our website or mobile application and any other interactions you may have with us (e.g., customer support, events, our social media pages, and other communications).

Please note that this Privacy Policy applies when NetSeed acts as the data controller of your information. This includes information we collect from website visitors ("website visitors"), potential users and customers ("potential customers"), and users of the NetSeed solution ("users"), collectively referred to as "you" in this document.
While providing our services, we may process certain information about users on behalf of organizations that have contracted to use the NetSeed solution pursuant to the main service agreement or terms of service ("customers"). In such cases, our customers are the data controllers, and we act as a "data processor" or "service provider" in accordance with applicable law. This means that our customers are responsible for processing information in accordance with their own privacy policies and practices, and they must comply with applicable data protection laws. When acting as a data processor, we only process information about users of the customer accounts based on their instructions and the applicable data processing agreement we have with the customer or other requirements under the law.
NetSeed adopts a decentralized blockchain account system, and we are committed to protecting user privacy. Accordingly, we confirm that we do not collect, store, or process any of your personal data when you use our application.
Personal data refers to any information that may identify you as an individual. Since we do not collect such information, we cannot use, share, or sell such data.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may collect information about potential customers from other sources, including partners, data enrichment services, conferences, and other industry events or purposes explained to you when we collect the information directly from potential customers. We use this information to supplement the data we directly collect from potential customers, better understand their interests, provide them with more relevant information, and improve our analytics and advertisements.
We may collect certain information related to your account on third-party websites (e.g., name, username, email address, or profile picture) if you connect your account to those websites, plugins, or applications as part of their operation. Such information disclosed to us through these login methods is governed by the privacy policies of the respective third parties, not our privacy policy.
When you "like" or "follow" us on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or other social media platforms, we may collect some information about you, including your name, username, email address, and any comments or content related to us that you post.
NetSeed Solution Information: When you use the NetSeed solution, we collect limited metadata about the devices you use to access the NetSeed solution, such as device name, relevant operating system type, hostname, IP address, encryption public key, user agent (if applicable), language settings, date and time of access to the NetSeed solution, logs describing connections and statistical information about data sent between devices ("inter-node traffic logs"), and the installed version of the NetSeed solution. This information is necessary to provide you with the NetSeed solution. Please note that NetSeed does not process or have access to the content of user traffic data transmitted through the NetSeed solution, as it is fully end-to-end encrypted.
Customers can opt to use certain features and functionalities through the NetSeed solution, which may generate additional logs and data that will be sent to and processed and stored by NetSeed on behalf of our customers ("customer log data"). Customers, not NetSeed, control the content of customer log data processed through such additional features and functionalities of the NetSeed solution. NetSeed will handle customer log data in accordance with the applicable data processing agreement with customers and this Privacy Policy.
When using the services, we also collect aggregated usage statistics (e.g., the amount of data transmitted through the NetSeed solution over a period of time and information about how you use the NetSeed solution). Please note that if the above aggregated information or metadata collected through your use of the NetSeed solution cannot be used to identify you or your device, we may use and disclose such information at our discretion.
Website Information: When you use our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the website, including your IP address, browser type, browser language, operating system, your geographic region when accessing the service, software and hardware attributes (including device ID), referring and exit pages and URLs, platform type, click counts, files downloaded, domain, login pages, viewed pages and the order of these pages, time spent on specific pages, the date and time you use the service, error logs, and similar information. Based on your IP address, we may infer your approximate location (e.g., city/province or postal code).
To collect website information, we and our service providers may use "cookies" or similar tools to track, measure, and analyze the behavior and usage patterns of our website visitors. A cookie is a small data file that can be stored on your browser and device, allowing us to recognize you upon your return.
